Chase: Man of the Week
Looks like our friend Jesse Spencer is the man of the week! The “Reader’s Jeer of the Week” on TV Guide’s site is all about Chase!!
Lisa Menaster in L.A. writes:
Jeers to House for giving Chase almost no screen time. The Australian doctor, fantastically played by Jesse Spencer, has been reduced to about one scene per episode, usually doing a surgery. Chase is one of the most interesting characters on the show, and creator David Shore is wasting him. Please, give us more Chase!
You can see the full Jeer of the Week here.
Awww Lisa, we understand you love his sexy, hot Australian-ness! I do too! Jesse is not only hot, he’s a fairly decent actor! Not as good as Hugh, but then it takes a master to be as good an actor as Hugh Laurie is! But I do miss his presence in the episodes, so I dredged up one of my favorite scenes starring Jesse just for you! It’s the scene in which Jesse tries to speak with an American accent…all too funny!!

I’m with Lisa, I hate seeing Chase and Cam reduced to practically nothing. Hopefully now that the 10 little indian drama is over and we have our final three we will get into some more stuff with the old staff.

Hi Judy!
Haven’t come accross the expression “10 little indian drama” before. Great!
Thanks for giving me a giggling fit. The bad mood I am is a little better now
And: Love that Chase scene. He (=Chase, not Jesse) seems to be so proud of his faked accent. Take a look at that smug grin funnily I never connected it with British English, though.
