Hugh Laurie on Ellen

I just got done watching Hugh’s segment on Ellen and it was, of course, hilarious! If anyone finds a YouTube, please let me know and I’ll put it up immediately!

Anyway, Hugh came out and looked amazing, as always. Ellen asked if the limp was causing him to have problems and he said that yes, he’s going to sue Fox because of it (ha ha). He also said it was the easiest part of his day, doing the limp. He talked about buying his home and said that he hasn’t got anything in it yet!

Ellen gave him an awesome house warming gift - it’s a welcome rug that says “House’s House”. Too cool! Now I want one! To give away…of course…ahem.

Anyway, she talked about him dating Emma Thompson once upon a moon ago. Why don’t they ever ask him how he and his wife met or about how much they love each other? I love Emma, but that was EONS ago!

Then Hugh agreed to go into the dunk tank to help raise money to feed those who need a hand this year - apparently Sara Lee has agreed to give $10,000 for every celebrity that goes into the dunk tank. Hugh, of course, walked out wearing his tux and got dunked in it.

So awesome.

    I agree about Emma. They dated ages ago when he was in college. He’s almost 50. Plus their courtship was short and they weren’t in love. Time to move on.
