Jennifer Morrison in Murder of Princess Diana
A reader recently wrote me asking how come I had not mentioned the Princess Diana movie that Jennifer Morrison was in. The movie was called “The Murder of Princess Diana” and aired on Lifetime. Why didn’t I comment on it? A few reasons - one - I’m not too happy with Jennifer Morrison right now. Yes, I think she’s beautiful and extremely talented, but for some reason she’s rubbing me the wrong way. Two - I enjoy learning about history, and I’ll be the first to wonder about conspiracy theories, but from the review I read, this movie went from conspiracy theory to pure fiction. And three - I forgot it was on and didn’t record it.
If I would have remembered it was on, I might have set it to record just to see exactly what it was all about (even if just so that I could tell you guys), but I honestly forgot! I’ll keep checking to see when it replays, but I’m thinking it won’t be soon. The review I’ve read are terrible - from the critics to the regular Joe Schmoe viewers.
Did anyone watch it? What did you think?

I watched the movie and thought it was pretty good. Of course most of it it fiction. No one has proof of anything, and it was a book before a movie. I think Jennifer did a great job and it was good to see her on another guys lap.

I watched parts of it…it wasn’t interesting enough to DVR the rest when I went to work though. It just made me angry for her children. I don’t understand why people want to explain away her death as a big plot. After all, even if it were an actual plot I doubt the guilty parties could or would be held responsible. I think people need to let it go and let her poor sons be at peace.

Oooh I’m intrigued. What’s rubbing you the wrong way with Jennifer? I quite like her but something’s up IMO also. She’s made some comments lately where she comes off as a tad pretentious. You know the ones, how she’s glad to stretch her acting skills and be the focus of something opposed to her supporting role on House. As it is she gets a hell of a lot more screentime and dialogue than the other ducklings, Wilson & Cuddy. Its hard to get work in Hollywood. I’d be thanking my stars to be acting in such a great tv vehicle alongside such a talented ensemble. I know she didn’t entirely diss the show or her role but a few of her comments made her sound like she thinsk she’s too good for it. Kind of like Patrick Dempsey and Greys Anatomy. And then wtf is up with that broken engagment? They seemed like the most perfect couple ever and the they were the only celeb couple I’ve ever liked. It’s all too strange (and entirely their business)…

I actually heard that they broke up because when Jennifer was filming The diana movie they grew apart and realized they didnt really love each. I think someone could have been cheating on the other?
