No new episodes until March?
Wow we’ve had a total of three new episodes since the year began - “One day, One Room”, “Needle in a Haystack”, and “Insensitive”. Now they are on a break again?
Yes that’s right. There isn’t going to be a new episode of House until March 6th.
As I told you in my last post House is one of the highest rated television dramas this season, yet they are toying with us. Handing out an episode every two or three weeks, or so it seems when you realize that by the time the next episode airs there will have been only three new episodes 9 weeks. I’m not even counting Decembers lack of new episodes in this tally.
All of the top shows on TV have been doing this but I’d say FOX is playing with it’s viewers the most. As far as I can tell it seems to have the longest gaps between new shows for all it’s top rated television series.
I’m getting sick and tired of this. I want to see a new episode every week for at least three months in a row.
The next new episode will be called Half Wit and it will co-star Dave Matthews of the Dave Matthews band. It will be episode 15 of season three …. that’s right, only new shows by that point - three solid months of episodes spread out over 6 months. Disgusting.
You know, unless the co-stars of House star partying in Hollywood or doing things that get them in the tabloids I’m going to have very little to write about over the next two weeks.
Lets hope Hugh Laurie does some table dancing or something.
House, Fox, no new episodes, only 14 episodes this season, disgusting, Hugh Laurie

Yeah, I’m getting a little tired of it, too.

Hi Tricia! I don’t watch House but i try to follow LOST. ABC does the same thing about LOST. They had 3 months break in the year and had lots of rerun. Only 8 episodes of LOST have been shown in season 3 so far!! They will lose LOST fans if they go on doing like that. I hope you have some stuff related to House

That drives me crazy too. Especially because it seems like they do that just to schedule two-hour episodes of American Idol.

There’s gotta be a financial motive. The network knows people will tune in to that timeslot to watch “House” so they can slip other crap into that slot occasionally and hope the audience will hang around.
Maybe we should all write to FOX and tell them that if they’re not careful we might just adopt another show, on another network, since we can’t watch House regularly.
