This is the picture I have sitting on my desktop lately. It’s centered, but if there was a way to stretch it out without making House and the rest look like they’re from Mars, it would be almost like you are the patient!

edited to add: Thanks Jason! Your idea worked PERFECTLY! Now I feel like I’m a patient of the team! All I need now is some House sounds for the desktop and it’s like I’m inside the show!

    You could probably just rotate the image 90 or 270 degrees.
