The House Cast Wins - But Some Wardrobe Choices Lose…Videos Included!

The above photo is seriously HQ and is awesome when in full size - and would make a great desktop! Click on it to check it out in HQ
To start with: congratulations to the entire cast and crew of House for winning the People’s Choice Award for Best Television Drama! You certainly deserve it - although I don’t classify House as a drama, more as the best hour of TV on all week (although I am starting to get almost as hooked on Fringe…thanks to it showing after House for so long.)
Let’s get down to business now, shall we? I got the HQ images of our lovely House ladies so that we can see how bad the damage was…and for a few, it was pretty bad. Let’s start with my favorite fashion victim lover, shall we?
Jennifer Morrison, step on down!
At first glance I thought “oh - she’s wearing a nice little silver dress. Appropriate length, good color, nice!” then I took a closer look. My guess? Jennifer headed to New York City for the New Years Eve ball dropping ceremony and decided to steal a few pieces off of the ball because she was “inspired”…either that or she took down the disco ball she had in her apartment and decided that some recycling was in order.
Seriously, what was she trying to accomplish with this dress? Yes, the color and length are great, and the shoes are killer - her hair looks good and even her makeup is fine, so why strap yourself into a dress that looks like it was a castoff from Janet Jackson’s canceled tour? (maybe THAT’s where she got it from…)
One thing that you don’t see from the front is this:
She.Has.No.Curves. The dress suggests curves from the front but once you see the side you realize that there’s nothing to her! Apparently she’s decided to drop even more weight since Olivia came on board and out-skinnied her, because I don’t remember Jennifer ever looking this thin.
Come on down Olivia Wilde!
At first glance this dress is extremely classy. I love how wispy it is and how it reminds me of classic Hollywood with a modern twist to it. I absolutely adore her arm bands and her makeup is flawless. I even love how a simply ponytail looks great with the dress. The only complaint I have is that she looks to skinny! Come on Olivia - put a little weight on! On one side it looks like the dress is hanging a bit, but I think that it’s just the fabric draping in a strange way. I just wish I could see what her shoes look like!
Hello Lisa Edelstein! (sorry - was unable to find any HQ versions of her entire dress)
Nice long black dress - classic. A little peek-a-boo down at the bottom of the dress, which I adore, and a matching bag - nice. How can you go wrong with a long black dress?
Like this.
Dear God! It looks like she snagged the plant holder that my grandmother used to use to hold her spider plants with! You know the one - it’s the same one almost every grandmother had - the thickly braided one that holds the spider plant suspended in the air so that the vines can drape down and annoy you? And your grandmother got bonus points if hers had beads in it (my grandmother’s did).
And then, as if that weren’t bad enough, there’s round shiny things on her chest?! What happened Lisa?! First the dress that the 70’s forgot and now this hot-grannie style top?
And let’s not even point out that during her portraiture sitting she had a little something right there….
It was not a good night for Jennifer or for Lisa. But there was someone who managed to look absolutely fabulous (aside from Olivia and all the men, that is)…
Jesse’s girlfriend? Looked hot! I love the dress, and I especially love the little handbag that she’s got going on as well! She looked really, really good.
All the men looked great, including your favorite and mine, Omar Epps (his suit was great but his attitude was sorely lacking.)
Here’s a few videos of the wins last night, in case you didn’t get the chance to see them. Let’s hope that we not only win on Sunday, but that Lisa and Jennifer get nicer dresses!!

All the House boys looked stunning
The girls looked not that hot, but Lisa would win my price for best dressed out of them. Even Olivia looked ok, but Jennifer that was one idiotic dress. Her whole appearance, terrible. I liked her once, really but now she has somehow turned into this pretentious and exaggerated person which is plain sad!

Morrison’s dress is a no go! UGLY and beyond. Lisa and Olivia looked fine for my taste. And please can someone tell Morrison not to open her mouth that wide when she has to laugh! It always looks like contrived mirth (and it probably is)on her. I also hated how she just had to put herself in front in all those stage and backstage scenes. She is totally pompous!

Thank god, at least all the men of House know how to dress. They all looked sharp and adorable.

As for the women: Lisa looked not to bad. Jennifer always wants to ’show off’ with her dresses. Her only problem is, she obviously has nothing to show

Feel bad for Lisa. That thing in her teeth, haha.
And where is Robert Sean Leonard?

Nevermind. I found him.

Luna, you know, that “Morrison” does have a first name too, don’t you? You say Olivia and Lisa, so for god’s sake, call her Jennifer, it’s not that hard. You obviously just don’t like her. Gosh, why do people always have to be so jealous and mean?!
At least Jennifer can afford sizewise to wear a dress like that, and compared to most women around the world (and I guess most of us here as well) she’d look good even in a garbage bag. And I think it’s great that she does not go for plastic surgery just because she’s not equipped like a playboy bunny.
The guys over at redcarpet definitely chose the right girls with the right dresses.

Congratulation on Hugh and the entire House Crew for their prizes. You deserve it.
Lisa looks great in her dress.Black is beauty.
Jennifer may look not so well from the side, but her overall appearence is wonderful. As Randi said the the color and length of her dress are great, the shoes are killer - her hair looks good and even her makeup is fine. Just wonderful.
But the high light is one person: Olivia. She looks like an angel. Very classy and just plain gorgeous. The dress is superb, her makeup perfect, the ponytail looks great on her and her accessoires like thh golden earrings and wristbands complement her dress perfectly. Olivia is a drop-dead gorgeous dream girl!!!

Lisa - HOTHOTHOT! She can really pull off anything! She looks fantastic and so tan! I’m jelous.
Jennifer - A bit overly shiny. Still cute from the front, but as hot as she is, these dresses don’t flatter her. BUT her make-up is gorgeous and her eyes are stunning!
Olivia - On anyone else this would be a bit too Princess Leia. But she looks pretty hot. And so tall! I wish we could see her shoes…
All the guys look fantastic! =]
Hugh is adorable as always =]

I LOVED Jen’s hair. I wonder if she had extensions on. I didn’t mind the dress either.
Lisa looked good except for her hair. WHY is it ALWAYS in her eyes!??
Didn’t really care for JS’s girlfriend’s dress. It was the white that showed through the lace near her waist that I didn’t like.
I didn’t care for Hugh’s acceptance speech…..and I wanted to smack Omar. Does he NOT know how to smile??? He really made me mad.
I wish Jo had been there.
I guess that’s all I have to say.

[...] even pics of the main course and I must say it did look interesting. My favorite would be the winners and losers in the outfits the members picked out for the awards. [...]
